  7. After doing nothing about the electricity crisis for months--ends up paying $138 plus per megawatt and has to sell surplus for $1 per megawatt
  8. The budget deficit is really is really closer to $30 billion dollars because it does not count the missing $6.56 billion taken from the state treasury for the first six to eight months of its power-buying at the height of the power crisis.
